Two guys. One Glendale block.
The name goes back to the original founders, Joseph Calderone and Luigi Devito — the two guys from Italy. This Verdugo Road kitchen has been Jerry Rossi's for more than thirty years: he found the place, remodeled it, and has been feeding the neighborhood ever since.
The pastas, meatballs, sausage and marinara are still made in-house the old way. Off the clock, Rossi has spent those decades giving back — local schools, youth sports, and Glendale fundraisers.
