Glendale · Verdugo Road

Our Story

Two guys from Italy, one Glendale block, and a sauce that hasn't changed.

Two guys from Italy. The name goes back to the franchise's original founders — Joseph Calderone and Luigi Devito. That's literally the two guys.

This Verdugo Road location is its own story. Owner Jerry Rossi bought into the name decades ago, found this Glendale spot, remodeled it, and has run it for more than thirty years — long enough to be a genuine neighborhood institution.

The food has stayed honest the whole time: pasta, meatballs, sausage and marinara made in-house the old way. And the giving back is just as consistent — schools, youth sports and Glendale fundraisers, year after year.
